The property features outdoor gardens, a patio with dining for large groups, a full-size dance floor, and indoor and outdoor bar areas — all on a private estate surrounded by the Sonoran desert, high above Tucson.
Whether you need a formal seated dinner for 200 or a casual outdoor mixer with live music and BBQ, every layout is fully customizable. Two distinct venue spaces — The Oasis and The Sunset — give you options ranging from grand to intimate.
In-House Catering & Full Bar Service
Our in-house chef prepares everything on-site in a licensed commercial kitchen — plated dinners, buffet spreads, or outdoor grilling stations. The property is liquor licensed and insured with licensed bartenders serving premium liquors, craft beers, signature cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. No outside vendors to coordinate, no surprise fees.
Entertainment & Production
Professional DJ and MC services are available with full sound and lighting systems. The property includes a stage and pergola setup for live bands, speakers, or presentations. Wild Horse Ranch has produced large-scale public festivals — including the annual Margarita Festival, country music events, and multi-band concerts with fireworks — so our team is built to handle complex production needs.
